USRowing requires rowers and coxswains to complete a swim / float test every five years.  Some nearby places that administer swim tests are:  the Northshore YMCA, Aqua Club, and McMenamins North Shore Lagoon in Bothell.  Your swim test lifeguard must be Red Cross Certified.  Click on the link below to print the form and bring it with you to the test.  Calling the pool first is recommended; some require an appointment.  Once your athlete has completed the swim test successfully, snap a picture of the form to keep for yourself.  The last step will be to turn the completed form in to your high school's Athletics Department Secretary.
